What is the Go3 Extra Screens add-on?

The Go3 Extra Screens add-on allows you to increase the number of simultaneous streams on your Go3 account from 2 to 4. Depending on your current Go3 package, you may be eligible for either Go3 Extra Screens or Go3 Extra Screens+.

How many devices can watch Go3 at the same time?  

If you have the Go3 Go, Go3 Go+ plan or the no longer available Start plan, you’re only able to watch Go3 on one device at a time. If you have any other plan, you can watch Go3 on up to 2 devices simultaneously. If you attempt to view Go3 on more than two devices simultaneously, you will encounter an error stating that you’ve reached the stream session limit.  

With the Go3 Extra Screens or Go3 Extra Screens+ add-on, you can increase this limit to 4 simultaneous streams, allowing bigger family households to watch Go3 at the same time.

How to order the Go3 Extra Screens add-on?  

Both Go3 Extra Screens and Go3 Extra Screens+ can be ordered in the Go3 My Account section.

Note: You can cancel the Go3 Extra Screens add-ons the same way that you have ordered them. 

For customers with an open-ended subscription:  

1. Log into your Go3 account and click on Manage Subscription & Billing.  

2. Select Change Plan.  

3. Click on your current plan to access the add-on selection page.  

4. Select Go3 Extra Screens or Go3 Extra Screens+ and complete your purchase.

For customers with a fixed-term subscription:  

1. Log into your Go3 account and click on Manage Subscription & Billing.  

2. Select Manage Thematic Packages.  

3. Choose Go3 Extra Screens or Go3 Extra Screens+ and complete your purchase.
