Rediscover Go3 content!
We regularly update Go3 with the latest movies, series, sports broadcasts, and kids’ content. You might be surprised by how much new content is available!
💤 Pause your subscription
If you’re not currently using Go3 or are traveling abroad and don’t want to cancel completely, you have the option to pause your subscription for up to 3 months. During this time, no payments will be made, and you can return at any time without losing your profile, settings, or content!
Follow these steps to PAUSE your subscription:
- Open the Go3 website in your browser and log in to your account;
- Click on “My Account” in the top right corner;
- Select “Manage subscription and payments”;
- Click the “Cancel subscription” button;
- The system will offer several options – choose “Pause subscription”;
- Select the desired pause duration: 1 month, 2 months, or 3 months, and confirm your choice.
💡 Please note:
- Your current Go3 subscription and all thematic plans will be suspended from the current date, and you won’t be able to watch content until the subscription is reactivated.
- No payments will be made during the pause.
- You will not lose access to your account, settings, or viewing history.
- The subscription will automatically resume after the selected pause period ends.

The cancellation process depends on how you subscribed to Go3:
✅ If you use a non-contract Go3 subscription:
- Go to the “My Account” section (top right corner of the page);
- Open “Plan Information”;
- Select “Cancel subscription”.
- If a special offer appears – we recommend considering it before confirming the cancellation.

🔁 How to confirm that your subscription is canceled?
- In the “Plan Information” section, there will no longer be an active plan listed.
- You will see the date until which the subscription is valid.
- After this date, content will no longer be accessible.
