What are the technical requirements?

To ensure the best quality of service, we recommend that you check the device and internet requirements below.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR EQUIPMENT

You will be able to use Go3 successfully on the devices listed below. Please select your preferred device and check its technical requirements.

Computer
The operating system of your computer is not important, as long as the version of the browser you are using is up-to-date (or no older than the last two updates). You can check your browser version here: https://updatemybrowser.org/

iOS (Apple) device
On mobile devices that support iOS software: phones and tablets. Software version must be version 13 (or later).

Android mobile device
On mobile devices that support Android software – phones and tablets. Android software must be 6 (or later).

Samsung TV
You can download the Go3 app on Samsung TV’s from year 2016 or newer. The Tizen operating system must be 3 (or later).

The Tizen 2.4 software version is no longer supported by Samsung, so the latest versions of the app will no longer be available with this software version. You can currently watch Go3, but you will not be able to enjoy the latest Go3 features and update the application you are using.

LG TV
You can download the Go3 app on LG TV’s models manufactured in 2016 or later with webOS 3.0 (or later) software version.

Android TV
You can download the Go3 app on TV’s that support Android 9 (or later) software.

Hisense TV
You can download the Go3 app on LG TV’s models manufactured in 2020 or later with VIDAA 4 (or later) software version.

ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS

Why can’t I download the Go3 app on my TV?
This can happen for several reasons:

·        You’re using an older TV model (older than 2016);
·        The equipment does not support the required operating system (Samsung – Tizen, LG – WebOS, Android)
·        Your TV is set to a region other than Lithuania (the Go3 service is available for the Baltic States, so if you set a different region, you may not be able to download the app on your device).
      
At the moment, the Go3 app cannot be downloaded on smart TV’s from other manufacturers (e.g. Philips, Apple TV, Sony, Hisense, etc.) unless they are running the Android version of the software. To use the service on a different model or older TV, we recommend that you buy a Go3 receiver (set-top box).

How many different users can log in to an account and view content at the same time?
Up to five different devices can be logged into your account at the same time.
You can view content on two different devices at the same time on the same account.

INTERNET DATA CONSUMPTION

What are the internet requirements?
The minimum internet speed to use Go3 is 1.5Mbps
The recommended stable internet speed is 10Mbps so that you can view our content in HD without any problems.

To check your internet speed: click on the link below and select “Single connection”, which is located below the “Go” button. You can test your internet speed by clicking on the following link: https://www.speedtest.net

Below you will find a table showing how much data is used per hour with different video quality.

Our platform and content that you are watching has feature turned on “automatic resolution”. It means, that we see traffic of your internet speed and based on that adjust video quality to ensure best experience for you.

We recommend you keeping it at all times and let us work for your quality but if you want to adjust it yourself, please follow this link how to adjust your quality of video while watching content.

Video resolution 1280×720 and above are considered to be HD (high definition) quality, everything below it is SD (standard definition).

Minimum internet consumption rates applies for Live TV channels only if watched on:
– Mobile application, with Android 6+ and iOS 9+ versions
– Android set-top-box (receiver) with Android 9+ version
